This role offers the opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth investors and to earn an income that is directly correlated to your level of input. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a natural inquisitive character that is coachable and adaptable. 

 This role will specialize in developing relationships with class B and C commercial real estate owners and investors. With training, you will be advising investors on the value of their property, 1031 exchanges, and tax liability mitigation, as well as assisting high-net-worth operators to increase their portfolio through exchanging into higher quality assets.  

Waller Group has a proven track record of success in investment sales and acquisition, averaging a 50% year over year growth rate and is on track to quadruple revenue for 2021.
