Junior Regional Sales Associate


Waller Group Properties is seeking a growth-oriented real estate sales candidate with an aptitude for long term growth in the commercial investment sales sector. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth investors and to earn and income that is directly correlated to your level of input. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a natural inquisitive character that is coachable and adaptable.

This role will specialize in developing relationships with class B and C commercial real estate owners and investors. With training, you will be advising investors on the value of their property, 1031 exchanges, and tax liability mitigation, as well as assisting high-net-worth operators increase their portfolio through exchanging into higher quality assets.

Waller Group has a proven track record of success in investment sales and acquisition, averaging a 50% year over year growth rate and is on track to quadruple revenue for 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Waller Group has developed a tenured and supportive
team, along with a proven established training platform, to help aspiring professionals learn and excel in the real estate investment sector.


-Unwavering integrity, strong desire to learn and transact value add and opportunistic real estate
-Daily business development of 30+ hours per week, 5-10 hours of research and archiving, 5-10 hours of
financial analysis.
-Proficient with technology and Waller Group sales platform (training provided)
-Fundamental Financial analysis and commercial investment real estate terminology. (training provided)
-Sales Experience or supporting credentials (minimum 6 months – 2 years)
-*Argus financial analysis training a plus
-Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to interact with clients comfortably and confidently
-Must be able to work successfully and efficiently in a team environment


  • -Develop the sales skills to build a career in investment real estate sales and acquisitions, eventually
    earning over $250,000 per year in income. (first year apt $55,000-$75,000, second year $95,000-
    $120,000, third year $120,000-$180,000, 4th year $250,000+ (includes equity and team profit sharing
    -Interface daily with high-net-worth individuals, owners of Income and multifamily investment property
    -Learn through direct mentorship with industry veteran and company founder Logan Waller, as well as
    top performing sales professionals on your sales team. Highest and best use of commercial real estate,
    property acquisition strategies, and best practices for Investment real estate sales, brokerage,
    management, and disposition.
    -Utilize the best tools and research available in the industry available, including software designed to
    specifically target owners of investment real estate, including debt structure, tenure of ownership, and
    probability of selling. Access to extensive industry research to access rent surveys, rent comparable
    reports and sales data.
    -Performance based bonuses paid monthly, and commission draws paid every other week.
