Junior Regional Sales Associate


Waller Group is adding talent to the team. Associates and Junior Associates with or without Commercial real estate brokerage experience will be considered with adequate finance, sales, or commercial real estate exposure.  Our firm is built on an operating platform similar to large national firms, but much more niche sector of tertiary and very small market class B and C multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Following Waller Group sales process to develop new client relations and referral sources
  • Assisting in property and valuation and analysis
  • Learning and having the skills for area market expertise within your sales region
  • Identifying potential properties for acquisition with value add opportunities through Waller Group’s internal training

Minimum Qualification

  • Unwavering integrity, strong desire to learn and transact value add and opportunistic real estate investments
  • Daily business development 30+ hours per week +5-10 hours of research and archiving
  • Proficient with technology and Waller Group sales platform (training provided)
  • Fundamental Financial analysis and commercial investment real estate terminology. (training provided)
  • Sales Experience (minimum 6 months – 2 years)
  • *Argus financial analysis training a plus
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to comfortably and confidently interact with clients
  • Must be able to work successfully and efficiently in a team environment
